TaxDiversity is designed exclusively for the benefit of diverse tax professionals. We provide these tax professionals with a discussion forum, job board, mentoring program, articles and other helpful career enhancing tools dedicated to diverse professionals.
TaxDiversity relies on diverse professionals from the tax industry who donate their time and energy to make TaxDiversity the leader in diversity initiatives for the tax profession. We are hopeful that with our efforts we can eliminate the need for TaxDiversity by developing an awareness and new trend in attracting and promoting diverse talent in our industry.
TaxDiversity was founded by tax industry recruiting leader Tony Santiago. Throughout his career he saw a need to improve the tax profession through increased diversity. He began with providing diversity information through TaxTalent, and in 2007 expanded TaxDiversity to be its own initiative. In 2010, we gained our non- profit 501(c)(3) status.
